Magnificent penthouse located a few meters from the Rubina beach and next to the Els Aiguamolls del Empordà natural park.

The apartment is located on the third floor and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds in bunk format.

Leaving the rooms we find the corridor where we can access the bathroom, equipped with a shower; in the dining room, equipped with flat screen TV and satellite. In the same dining room we find a sofa bed for two children or one adult.

The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar and is also accessed from the hallway. It has utensils for 6 people and is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner gas hob, an extractor fan, a fridge with a freezer, an electric coffee maker and a microwave.

We can also enjoy any of the 2 balconies that the apartment has. One is facing northeast, located just above the moorings and the canal, with views of the mountains and the natural park. The other is facing southeast with splendid views of the Rubina beach and the Golf de Roses.

Additional information

The minimum stay, outside of high season, is 2 nights. Prices are for the entire accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying.

Prices do not include the tourist cup. Sheets, towels or cots are also not included in the prices, but are available for rent, upon reservation. An amount of €50 will be included in the total reserved for accommodation cleaning.
